Responsibilities For Software Engineer 2 - Audit Data Analyst

  • Run already created scripts and applications to collect data
  • Author audit narratives/reports leveraging pre-existing templates and data
  • Escalate issues to relevant leaders when necessary
  • Map policy, control standards, and control requirements to AWS, GCP, and Azure resource types
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency of narratives/reports
  • Expand automation capabilities using Python scripting
  • Continuously learn and adopt new technologies, tools and techniques in automation

Requirements For Software Engineer 2 - Audit Data Analyst

Python
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting or equivalent relevant experience
  • 2+ years of experience in audit data analysis, audit automation, or related field
  • Experience with automated data collection tools and script development
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with audit processes and procedures
  • Understanding of and experience with Python scripting and GitHub is a plus
