Job Description
Live Time is building the real-life layer for Gen Z social life, focusing on group-hosted events powered by tools like AI scheduling, Drop Hosting, ticketing, text blasts, dues collection, and brand sponsors. They've grown significantly with hundreds of events hosted and brand deals closed, all without paid marketing. Backed by industry leaders, they are now seeking a Founding Engineer to own the entire tech stack (React, TypeScript, Node) and build core features.
As the Founding Engineer, you'll have full product ownership and creative control over the technology direction. You will shape the company's technology roadmap and how quickly it scales. The role offers real equity, mentorship from elite backers, and direct influence on product development. You will be building core features like Drop Hosting, AI scheduling, multi-user logistics, ticketing and dues infrastructure, and group coordination flows.
The compensation ranges from $100,000 to $120,000, with an equity package offering 1% - 3%. This is an opportunity to have significant impact, learn rapidly, and build something people will talk about. You'll get real equity, full product ownership, and mentorship from elite backers.
