Senior Test Automation Engineer

LiveChat is seeking a Senior Test Automation Engineer to join their Growth team, which focuses on optimizing onboarding, engagement, and subscription workflows for millions of users worldwide. The ideal candidate will champion robust testing practices and drive a quality-first culture within the organization.

The role involves working with a dynamic, multidisciplinary team including Product Manager Dawid, Tech Lead Michał, and a development team consisting of Dobrochna, Jakub, Michał & Maciej. The team emphasizes open communication and collaboration to drive growth and deliver valuable features.

As a Senior Test Automation Engineer, you'll be responsible for leading the testing process, designing automation frameworks, implementing API tests, and optimizing CI/CD workflows. You'll work closely with various teams to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle and foster a culture of testing excellence through knowledge sharing and training.

The position requires 5+ years of experience in automation testing, with expertise in tools like Playwright and Cypress. Strong leadership skills, proactive attitude, and the ability to provide constructive feedback are essential.
