As an Android Mobile Software Engineer, you will develop and validate coding benchmarks in Kotlin or React Native. Your role involves curating tasks, solutions, and test suites from real-world Android repositories, ensuring robust unit and integration tests for solution verification. You will also debug, optimize, and document benchmark code to ensure reliability and reproducibility, providing structured feedback on solution clarity and adherence to Android engineering best practices.
This is a contract position with a commitment of 15-20 hours per week. Compensation is $90 per hour plus a bonus per approved task, with a median average pay inclusive of bonuses being $200/hr. This role offers fully remote and asynchronous work with flexible working hours, and daily payment via Stripe Connect. Requirements
- 3–10 years of experience as an Android mobile engineer at a tier-1 tech company or as a mobile freelancer
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin
- Experience with debugging, testing, and validating mobile applications
- Attention to detail and ability to communicate technical reasoning clearly
