Principal Software Engineer Manager

OneDrive is looking for a Principal Software Engineering Manager passionate about leading high-performing engineering teams, developing web frontend applications at scale and with quality while rapidly materializing product innovation. In this role, you will have an opportunity to partner across organizations and roles to build a new generation of delightful photos experiences for hundreds of millions of users. You will leverage your leadership to support your team in design, implementation and release of the new experiences you create, including experiences leveraging latest AI technology. As an engineering manager you will be expected to create a healthy and empowered team by modeling, caring and coaching. You will be expected to invest deeply in the career growth and development of engineers on your team.
