Description For Customer Implementation Engineer

Motion is revolutionizing project management by building an intelligent system that automatically coordinates tasks across teams, eliminating the need for manual project coordination. The platform processes workload data and resources to make smart decisions about task execution, helping teams optimize their workflow and reduce overhead by up to 50%.

As a Customer Implementation Engineer at Motion, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customers fully leverage the platform's capabilities. Working under Bishop, the Head of Customer Experience, you'll be responsible for the entire post-sale customer journey, from onboarding to long-term success. This position combines technical expertise with customer success, requiring both programming proficiency and strong relationship-building skills.

The role offers an opportunity to directly impact Motion's mission of increasing organizational productivity by 100X. You'll work with a fast-growing company that's already trusted by thousands of customers and has millions in revenue. The position requires 2-5 years of experience in customer success/account management, preferably in SaaS, along with technical capabilities to handle programming tasks and no-code solutions.

Motion offers a competitive compensation package of $120k-$160k base salary plus equity, reflecting the strategic importance of this role. The position is remote-based in North America, allowing for flexibility while maintaining close collaboration with the team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to combine technical skills with customer success in a rapidly growing, well-funded startup that's transforming how organizations manage their work.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts while maintaining high standards of customer service.
