Requirements For Clinical Data Engineer

Python
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in healthcare data engineering
  • Knowledge of clinical interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, C-CDA, OHDSI/OMOP)
  • Substantial experience with object oriented and functional programming in Python
  • Experience with data engineering in major cloud platform
  • Proficiency in SQL and data wrangling
  • Experience with electronic document management in data lake environment
  • Strong communication skills
