Senior Software Engineer

Nearsure is seeking a Senior Full Stack .NET Engineer to manage and implement business knowledge and technical skills, deploying and managing production systems and supporting environments with emphasis on Object Storage administration. This role involves 80% coding and 20% mentoring & managing a team. You'll work remotely from Latin America for US clients, gaining cross-cultural expertise and improving your English skills through daily communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document, architect, and implement new React components, frontend applications, and backend services
• Support and develop software engineers through coaching and educational opportunities
• Help grow engineering teams by interviewing, recruiting, and hiring
• Estimate and plan work through user stories and tasks
• Build and test new designs, formulations, materials, or systems
• Test new applications and services in various environments
• Optimize system performance
• Collaborate with Principal and Distinguished Engineers to design scalable solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience with C# / .NET
• 5+ years of experience in front-end web development
• 3+ years of experience with React.js
• 2+ years of experience with AWS
• 2+ years of experience with TypeScript
• 1+ years of experience in a leadership/mentoring role
• Advanced English level
