NetBox Labs, a leading provider of network automation solutions, is seeking a Professional Services Engineer to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with the world's most popular network source of truth platform, serving thousands of companies.

The position requires a seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience who will serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers. Reporting to the COO, you'll be instrumental in helping customers maximize value from NetBox Labs' products and achieve their business outcomes. This role combines technical expertise with customer relationship management, requiring proficiency in Docker, GitHub/GitLab, and strong communication skills.

As a Professional Services Engineer, you'll manage the complete post-sales customer lifecycle, from installation and onboarding through upgrades. You'll be responsible for providing technical support, implementing solutions, and maintaining accurate project status in various tools. The role demands expertise in NetBox, allowing you to engage in technical discussions with network engineers while demonstrating business value to executives.

The company offers an attractive compensation package ranging from $110,000 to $140,000, plus equity in a Series A startup. Responsibilities For Professional Services Engineer

  • Manage the post sales customer lifecycle from installation and onboarding through upgrades
  • Provide customer support, including implementing fixes and diagnosing, and debugging/reproducing customer problems
  • Maintain accurate project status and customer support data within Zendesk and Monday.com
  • Build relationships with customers to understand their desired business outcomes
  • Be the NetBox expert and engage in technical discussions
  • Support efforts to promote regular engagement with customers
  • Take ownership of support tickets through resolution
  • Work with Customer Success team to identify new use cases
  • Monitor, maintain and improve renewal rates, expansions and customer satisfaction
  • Communicate customer feedback to product team and influence roadmap

Requirements For Professional Services Engineer

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Experience with Docker (with compose)
  • Experience with GitHub or GitLab
  • Strong communication skills
