Ground Operations Engineer

As a Ground Operations Engineer, you'll lead the design, planning, sourcing, and construction of ground station sites worldwide. This role combines technical engineering expertise with hands-on project execution and ownership. You'll work with both internal teams and external partners to meet ambitious timelines.

The position requires a strong background in engineering with 5+ years of experience, focusing on ground station operations and infrastructure. You'll be responsible for site layout development, hardware integration, location analysis, and maintaining international partnerships. The role involves significant travel to support antenna deployments and requires a deep understanding of network infrastructure and system operations.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering or science, experience with electrical and mechanical systems, and the ability to work across multiple engineering disciplines. Knowledge of power systems, fiber networks, and system telemetry is highly valued.
