This role combines technical leadership with product strategy, requiring 10 years of experience including 5 years in management. The position offers a competitive salary range of $196,000 - $356,500 plus equity and benefits.

The role involves collaborating with senior leadership to develop product strategies, managing complex development plans, and leading multi-functional teams. You'll be responsible for driving sophisticated programs, engaging with partners and suppliers, and maintaining high standards of product excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong technical understanding of server and consumer electronics platforms, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in product development from conception to mass production.

Responsibilities For Manager, Engineering Product

Requirements For Manager, Engineering Product

  • 10 years of overall experience with 5 years of management experience as Senior Manager
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of technical and logistic challenges in server/consumer electronics platforms
  • Ability to lead multi-functional teams
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills
  • Experience with suppliers, development partners, and customers
  • Ability to multi-task and drive sophisticated programs
