NVIDIA is seeking an experienced Reliability Hardware Board Design Engineer to join their IC Product Engineering Reliability Hardware team. The role focuses on leading the design and execution of HTOL/burn-in test boards for IC products within NVIDIA's Networking division. The division specializes in InfiniBand and Ethernet connectivity solutions, providing cutting-edge adapter cards, switches, cables, and software for servers and storage.
The position involves comprehensive responsibility for reliability processes, including board design, electrical specifications, and component selection. You'll work in a collaborative environment, interfacing with various R&D and Production teams while handling advanced HTOL/Burn in products.
As part of NVIDIA's Networking division, you'll contribute to solutions that optimize data center performance and deliver industry-leading bandwidth and scalability. The division focuses particularly on Ethernet solutions for Media and Entertainment industries, along with TCP/IP acceleration applications.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in electrical engineering, with particular emphasis on digital circuits, power, and high-speed design. Project management skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams are essential.

Responsibilities For Senior Hardware Board Design Engineer
- Full responsibility for Reliability process, owner of board design, electrical specification, schematic design, components selection and layout considerations
- Extensive lab bring-up and debugging until the testing platform efficiently implemented in the Lab/Production floor
- Work with multiple R&D and Production groups: Mechanics, Signal Integrity, Layout, DFT, Firmware and Testing
- Work with the most advance HTOL/Burn in product in the market
Requirements For Senior Hardware Board Design Engineer
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering
- At least 5+ years of experience as a Board Design Engineer
- Experience with Digital circuits, Power and High-speed design
- Project Management skills
- Personal skills: Self-instruction, Multi-disciplined, Multi-Tasking and good interpersonal relationship
