Oracle's Cloud Adoption organization within EMEA Technology Cloud Engineering (TCE) group is seeking a Cloud Adoption Manager to drive customer consumption growth. This role focuses on post-booking customer lifecycle management, ensuring successful cloud adoption and sustainable growth. The position requires collaboration with TCE teams to improve Oracle Cloud usage while creating exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include driving customer activation, leading adoption plans, and removing technical barriers. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of cloud engineering experience, OCI certification, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities For Cloud Adoption Manager
- Drive fast and smooth Customer activation for new cloud customers
- Lead customer's Adoption Plan and monitor consumption
- Provide standard methodology guidance on Landing Zone
- Monitor and review Adoption Plan with customers
- Supervise consumption fluctuations and provide forecasts
- Drive Go Live Assurance for critical milestones
- Provide long-term customer assistance through Operations Monitoring
- Remove technical barriers and resolve customer concerns
- Act as customer advocate for product features
Requirements For Cloud Adoption Manager
- 3-5+ years of experience in Tech Cloud engineering
- OCI Foundations Associate certification (minimum)
- Fluency in Italian & English required
- Experience with AWS, GCP or Azure is a plus
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of cloud market trends
- Experience in customer engagement
