HCM Principal Solution Engineer, EMEA Apps Presales Center of Excellence

We are seeking an energetic and creative HCM Principal Solution Engineer to join our EMEA Apps Presales Center of Excellence team. This role is crucial in driving Oracle's cloud solutions growth in the EMEA region, specifically supporting the ECEMEA territory from our base in Egypt. The position combines deep technical expertise in Human Capital Management with strong business acumen and customer engagement skills.

As a Principal Solution Engineer, you'll work in a dynamic environment delivering end-to-end presales activities, product demonstrations, and technical expertise for Oracle's SaaS Applications, with a focus on Human Capital Management and Payroll solutions. You'll engage directly with Oracle sales teams, partners, and customers, helping guide their journey to cloud adoption.

The role requires someone with 10+ years of experience, deep understanding of HCM & payroll solutions, and the ability to effectively communicate with C-level executives. You'll be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality presentations, providing technical expertise, and supporting sales opportunities across the region. Fluency in English and native Arabic proficiency are essential, as is knowledge of emerging trends in HCM/SaaS including Gen AI and Machine learning.
