Operations Program Manager 4

Oracle is seeking an experienced Operations Program Manager to lead and enable the development and integration of level racked systems supporting Oracle's growing Cloud business. This role is crucial in managing the supply chain product lifecycle activities and leading complex cross-functional strategic projects.

The position involves working closely with Supply Chain and Design Engineering teams, where you'll be responsible for managing New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining activities for racked products. These products comprise both Oracle and third-party hardware engineered to function together, supporting Oracle's cloud infrastructure.

As the face of Supply Chain Operations, you'll collaborate daily with Design Engineering, Product Development, Planning, and Production Engineering teams globally. Your primary responsibilities include handling hardware requirements, coordinating team resources, managing BOMs, overseeing production continuity, and ensuring effective risk management.

The ideal candidate should possess strong relationship-building skills and demonstrate the ability to manage pressure and ambiguity in mission-critical programs. You'll need excellent organizational techniques to handle multiple complex programs concurrently, along with the ability to deliver impactful professional communication adjusted for various audiences.
