Oracle CSS FMW Manager position leads the delivery team responsible for providing comprehensive customer support throughout the implementation lifecycle of Oracle products. This EMEA regional leadership role requires an experienced professional with 15+ years in IT services, combining technical expertise with strong people management skills. The role involves managing both individual contributors and managers, driving performance and collaboration while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

The position is part of Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS), which is integral to ensuring customers' ongoing success with Oracle technology. The role requires deep integration with Oracle's product development teams and focuses on helping customers maximize their investments in Oracle products, whether cloud, multi-cloud, or on-premise environments.

As a leader, you'll be responsible for team development, recruitment, retention, and succession planning while serving as an escalation point for technical issues in the MEA region. The role demands excellent communication skills, strong customer relationship management up to C-level, and the ability to drive innovation and process improvements.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in professional service delivery, particularly in cloud and on-premise technologies, with proven leadership capabilities in managing complex service solutions. Knowledge of Oracle's technical portfolio is advantageous. Responsibilities For Oracle CSS FMW Manager

  • Lead and manage delivery team for customer support and implementation
  • Recruit, retain, develop, coach, and motivate technical delivery resources
  • Drive high customer satisfaction and referenceability
  • Act as escalation point for Tech ASE issues in MEA
  • Participate in CSS sales and delivery leadership team
  • Build and maintain professional networks

Requirements For Oracle CSS FMW Manager

Java
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant IT services experience
  • Experience managing technical teams specialized in professional/premium IT services
  • Experience managing managers
  • Proven experience in professional service delivery organization
  • Strong leadership and soft skills
  • Excellent influencing skills at senior level
  • Experience with large and complex service solutions
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • Experience in leveraging onshore and offshore teams
  • Oracle Products Knowledge and Tech portfolio is a plus
