Senior Manager, ML Sciences

Oracle Health & AI (OHAI) is a new organization focused on product development and strategy for Oracle Health, building a complete platform supporting modernized, automated healthcare. Within OHAI, the Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) team has been powering conversational AI experiences for 7 years and is evolving to provide Generative AI solutions for healthcare and enterprise domains. We're seeking ML leaders to build industry-leading solutions working with huge volumes of healthcare data. This role will lead new teams in India, focusing on Feature Development, Language & Region Expansion, and GenAI capabilities, with emphasis on Large Language Models. The position offers high visibility and senior leadership support in an entrepreneurial environment, working on cutting-edge AI solutions for healthcare and enterprise customers. The role combines technical leadership with people management, requiring both ML expertise and team leadership skills to drive innovation in healthcare AI solutions.
