We're currently seeking an experienced IT Level 2 Support Engineer MSP with strong expertise in managed IT services for enterprise-level IT practices and solutions.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of advanced IT support experience, with profound knowledge in cloud technologies, server management, and networking. You'll be responsible for delivering enterprise-level IT support and solutions, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and maintaining clear documentation of all processes.

This role offers an opportunity to work with diverse US-based companies, providing tailored solutions for small and medium businesses. The position requires excellent English communication skills, proficiency in PowerShell scripting, and advanced knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure, O365, and SharePoint.

Requirements For IT Level 2 Support Engineer MSP

  • Excellent English language verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
  • 3+ Years of advanced IT support (MSP) experience
  • Proficient in PowerShell / scripting
  • Advanced knowledge in server, firewall and networking
  • Advanced knowledge in Cloud technologies like O365, Azure, Exchange, SharePoint & Intune
  • Must be a great communicator
