Full Stack Engineer

Pactio is revolutionizing the private equity industry through digital infrastructure. With a recent $14M Series A funding round in early 2024, we're building solutions for an industry projected to grow from $12 trillion to $29 trillion by 2040.

Our engineering team of 10 engineers (within a 30-person company) is dedicated to product quality and user impact. We utilize modern technologies including React, TypeScript, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and PostgreSQL, with an event-sourced architecture.

As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll be instrumental in building our world-class product, making crucial architectural decisions, and implementing features across the entire stack. Security is paramount as we handle hundreds of millions in deal transactions. You'll work in a cross-functional team alongside Product Managers, Designers, and QA Engineers.

The ideal candidate brings software engineering experience, strong product mindset, and full-stack capabilities. We value React and TypeScript proficiency, excellent communication skills, and a user-centric approach. Experience in startups or FinTech is a plus, but we prioritize potential over experience.
