As an IT Support Engineer at Palta, you'll be integral to maintaining the technical infrastructure that supports approximately 250 employees and contractors. You'll manage a diverse fleet of Apple and Windows devices, implement security measures, and streamline operational processes through automation.

The role requires a skilled professional with at least 2 years of experience in MDM for MacOS, device management, and various enterprise tools like Google Workspaces, Slack, and Cloudflare Zerotrust. Responsibilities For IT Support Engineer

  • Manage around 250 Apple devices and Windows
  • Provide IT support to ~250 employees and contractors
  • Monitor and address potential security breaches
  • Improve onboarding and off boarding processes through automation
  • Manage internal accesses
  • Handle internal IT services procurement and inventory
  • Manage end user devices procurement and inventory

Requirements For IT Support Engineer

Linux
  • 2+ years experience with MDM for MacOS on 200+ devices
  • 2+ years experience managing MacOS and Windows machines
  • 2+ years experience with managing Google Workspaces, Slack, Entra ID, Jira, Confluence, Cloudflare Zerotrust
  • Basic understanding of network protocols
  • Comfortable interacting with diverse groups of people and conducting virtual meetings
