As a Senior Data Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of building Paradigm's clinical care data infrastructure. The role involves working with diverse data sources including Electronic Health Records, Lab providers, and Health Information Exchanges. You'll be responsible for data ingestion, enrichment, and harmonization, making it accessible across multiple product verticals.

The position offers an opportunity to work with ML & Data Science teams, optimizing data for classification models and patient matching heuristics. You'll be instrumental in designing critical system components for performance, correctness, and reliability, working on sophisticated capabilities like data lineage, parallel processing, and data warehouse architecture.
