Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer at Paradigm, you'll be part of the study conduct team, working on critical areas including Clinical Trial Planning & Feasibility, Trial Protocol Configuration & Design, and Clinical Trial Matching & Patient Enrollment. You'll develop secure, regulatory-compliant systems to track patient data for clinical trials, directly contributing to the evidence needed for new treatment approvals.

We're looking for experienced engineers who can build resilient features, collaborate across teams, and drive technical excellence. You'll work with modern technologies including React, Kotlin, Python, Spark, Kafka, and PostgreSQL, while partnering closely with product managers, designers, and clinicians to create innovative solutions.
