Description For Technical Support Engineer

Petvisor, a leading company in veterinary and pet services technology, is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join their team in a hybrid work environment. The role is crucial for maintaining complex systems within the organization and ensuring all components function cohesively to meet business needs.

As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll be an integral part of the integrations team, responsible for the smooth operation of integration frameworks. Your primary focus will be on performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and problem resolution, utilizing your polished problem-solving skills to analyze logs and address technical issues effectively.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or equivalent qualification, along with one year of full-time experience in debugging and troubleshooting technical issues. Strong understanding of software development fundamentals and excellent SQL and ETL proficiency are essential.
