The Product and Test Engineering group is responsible for various parts of the product lifecycle of integrated SOCs used in automotive applications. We work with global cross-functional teams to provide engineering test solutions that drive product commercialization and production manufacturing.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing product verification, test, and qualification plans
- Performing silicon verification and characterization on ATE or System
- Driving debugs and failure analysis of silicon/test issues
- Test HW design, development, and bring-up
- Development and automation of test modules
- Qualifying product/package to automotive specifications
- Correlating ATE to systems platform
- Performing data analytics to drive test cost/yield/quality improvements
- Partnering and driving all wafer and package level manufacturing activities
This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams like Design/DFT/Simulations/SW/Reliability/Process. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be passionate about delivering quality work.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or related field
- Knowledge of Semiconductor Physics and semiconductor manufacturing process
- Solid understanding of Electronics engineering fundamentals and VLSI concepts, digital, analog, mixed-signal, power management
- Python coding skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or related field
- 2+ years of Hardware Engineering experience or related work experience
- Familiarity with design for test (DFT) techniques and structural tests
- Understanding of reliability tests and Automotive/Quality standards
- Knowledge of system-level testing of high-speed peripherals
- Experience with power and thermal testing
- Hands-on experience with Advantest 93K (ATE) and data analysis software
- Basic experience with Python/C++
- Ability to work with common test equipment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
