Qualcomm Technologies International Ltd is seeking an experienced Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager to oversee EHS management activities across the EMEA region. This key position reports directly to the Global EHS Head in San Diego and plays a crucial role in developing and implementing Qualcomm's EHS management system processes across all facilities in the EMEA region.
The role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a global technology leader, managing EHS programs across multiple locations and driving strategic initiatives. As the EHS Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring compliance with local and national legislation, developing and implementing EHS management systems, and supporting the company's sustainability and ESG goals.
Key responsibilities include developing the EMEA EHS roadmap, conducting risk assessments, building regional EHS capabilities, and managing incident investigations. You'll work closely with site leadership and corporate teams to implement policies and programs that enhance workplace safety and environmental performance.
The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of EHS experience, with strong knowledge of European EHS regulations and management systems like ISO14001 and ISO45001. You should be comfortable working in a matrix environment, possess excellent project management skills, and have the ability to influence and drive change across multiple locations.
