Description For Senior Analog Mixed Signal Design Engineer

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analog Mixed Signal Design Engineer to join their innovative team in San Diego. This role focuses on overseeing the development of various CMOS mixed analog/digital blocks including data converters, PLLs, and analog/digital filters. Responsibilities For Senior Analog Mixed Signal Design Engineer

  • Oversee definition, design, verification, and documentation for CMOS mixed analog/digital blocks
  • Determine architecture design and circuit specifications based on system requirements
  • Participate in design reviews and system definition/simulation
  • Work with layout teams to oversee block-level layout
  • Define and run simulations and analyses on designs
  • Debug issues and provide technical expertise for new initiatives
  • Write detailed technical documentation and design descriptions
  • Collaborate with team members to generate ideas

Requirements For Senior Analog Mixed Signal Design Engineer

Python
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with 2+ years of experience with analog or mixed-signal integrated circuit design
  • 2+ years of ASIC design, verification, or related work experience
  • 2+ years of experience using design tools (CADENCE, SPICE, MATLAB, Verilog/VHDL)
  • Experience in analog/mixed-signal integrated CMOS circuit design
  • Knowledge of VCO, PLL, DLL design, Audio CODEC
  • Experience with Delta-Sigma, SAR ADCs, Current-Steering DACs
