Responsibilities For Senior Material Supplier Quality Engineering Engineer
- Work with package development engineering team on supplier selection
- Risk assessment and qualification for substrate/PCB suppliers
- Define Critical to Quality parameters and acceptance criteria
- Process audit and monitoring manufacturing processes
- Lead quality problem solving and yield improvement
- Proactive quality monitoring at supplier sites
- Analyze defect trends and lead continuous improvement programs
- Serve as primary escalation point for supplier related quality issues
- Support change management processes for supplier-initiated changes
Requirements For Senior Material Supplier Quality Engineering Engineer
- Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or related fields
- At least 3 years of hands-on working experience in high-volume Substrate/PCB industry
- Understanding of cleanroom environment, ESD control
- Familiar with quality standards (IATF16949, ISO16262, VDA 6.3)
- Experience with quality tools (DOE, APQP, PPAP, SA, SPC, FMEA, Six Sigma)
- Rich experience handling internal, external and customer quality audits
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
