Responsibilities For SW Embedded Android Engineer

  • Working as part of multi-skilled Wearable platform team across different tech areas on Linux based operating systems
  • Feature development for Wear OS, Android and Linux based Snapdragon products
  • Contributing to end-to-end software execution, Systemic issues and delivery
  • Ensuring product deliverables are made on-time and competitive
  • Working closely with geographically distributed core & execution teams

Requirements For SW Embedded Android Engineer

Java
Linux
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • 1-3 years experience with C/C++/Java and good programming skills
  • Experience in Android App and service development
  • Good knowledge of using Android services and SDK
  • Strong hands-on experience on Android Frameworks or Wear OS
  • Good know-how of Multimedia subsystems
  • Strong hands-on experience with troubleshooting software and system issues
  • Strong aptitude, quick learner, self-motivated
  • Good problem solving, verbal and written communication skills
