Test Engineer

The Test Engineer position at Qualdoc Staffing is a hands-on role focused on designing and upgrading test apparatus for automotive and mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing test apparatus, validating test data, and ensuring customer needs are met. This role requires a blend of mechanical engineering expertise and testing experience, particularly in automotive, fuels, emissions, or lubricant testing.

The role requires strong technical skills combined with excellent communication abilities, as you'll be preparing technical reports and making presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a BS in Mechanical Engineering and at least two years of testing experience. Knowledge of vehicles, engines, transmissions, and associated electronics is crucial. The position requires someone who can work independently, manage projects effectively, and maintain productive relationships across all levels of the organization.
