Design Engineer

Replenysh is revolutionizing material recovery and circular commerce, aiming to eliminate landfill waste through innovative technology and infrastructure. As a Design Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in creating seamless user experiences across all platforms. Reporting to the Head of Product & Design, you'll combine design aesthetics with technical expertise to build solutions that drive the company's mission forward.

The role demands a unique blend of technical programming skills and design sensibility. You'll work directly with product managers, designers, and engineers to transform concepts into production-ready solutions. Your responsibilities span from prototyping and feature development to maintaining reusable components and contributing to branding initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings strong programming expertise, particularly in React and React Native, along with proficiency in design tools like Figma. You should have a keen eye for design elements including layout, typography, and illustration, coupled with a user-centric approach to problem-solving. The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams is essential.
