Job Description
Resonate AI is building superhuman conversational AI for healthcare, focusing on automating patient interactions. Their AI product captures missed calls and books appointments, achieving a high success rate. With a 45% month-over-month growth and over $2.5m in closed pilots, Resonate AI is expanding its team. As a Founding Engineer, you'll work directly with the founder and customers to design and deploy cutting-edge generative AI experiences. You will work with LLMs to build exceptional conversational AI experiences for patients. This includes building and deploying the platform from the ground up, solving complex conversational AI workflows, and shaping the engineering culture. The compensation ranges from $140K to $220K, with meaningful equity (0.6%-2%). Resonate AI also offers visa sponsorship. Responsibilities
- Work with leading LLMs like o4-mini, claude 4.0 and others to build exceptional conversational AI experiences for patients
- Build and deploy the platform from the ground up, working directly with customers
- Solve complex conversational AI workflows
Requirements
- Winning mindset and attitude, with a relentless drive to succeed
- Proven track record with more focus on back end: Demonstrated success in shipping high-quality products
- Obsession for growth: Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously learn, and master your craft
- 2-5 years of experience in full-stack engineering (with particularly strong back-end), with a proven track record at high-caliber companies and in IC roles
