Senior Software Developer, DevX

Robinhood Markets is seeking a Senior Software Developer to join their Developer Experience team within Developer Infrastructure. The role focuses on empowering engineering to build with quality, velocity, and confidence. As part of the DevX team, you'll be instrumental in building platforms that enable Robinhood Engineering to quickly and confidently ship quality software to market.

The Developer Infrastructure team is responsible for all tooling, systems, and processes that enable engineers to traverse the software development lifecycle at Robinhood. The platform currently comprises teams including Developer Experience, Test Experience, Web Platform, and Mobile Platform. The Developer Experience Team specifically helps engineering move quickly and safely by finding, fixing, and left-shifting production issues back to development.

This Toronto-based position offers a competitive salary range of 145,000 - 170,000 CAD and includes participation in Robinhood's bonus and equity plans. The role requires expertise in build systems, CI/CD optimization, and developer tooling, with a focus on improving development processes and culture across the engineering organization.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills in languages like Java, Python, or Go, combined with extensive experience in developer infrastructure and tooling.
