AI Solutions Technical Evangelist

Are you passionate about Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning, and Artificial Intelligence (AI)? Salesforce is seeking an AI Solutions Technical Evangelist to drive the production usage of ML and AI in the enterprise space. As a Technical Evangelist, you'll serve as a strategic advisor and expert in Salesforce products and platforms for the company's largest and most complex enterprise customers. You'll work closely with Sales and Product teams, collaborate with Product Managers, Marketing, and Sales, and develop technical content and presentations to enable customers and partners to leverage AI/ML on Salesforce.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing compelling solution-specific messages and technical assets
• Guiding customers, partners, and implementation teams on digital transformation using Salesforce AI
• Architecting solutions leveraging hyperscalers' AI/ML services
• Collaborating with various teams to communicate Salesforce's market position
• Developing and supporting an internal AI/ML Subject Matter Expert community
• Serving as a technical liaison between customers, solution engineering teams, and customer success

Requirements:

• 5+ years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong application design, development, and architecture skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology
• Willingness to travel as needed

Preferred qualifications include experience with CI/CD tools, Salesforce products, data modeling, integration technologies, and enterprise architecture. Various Salesforce certifications are highly beneficial.
