As Design Engineer Manager, you'll lead the engineering team responsible for data center construction projects, developing and implementing design standards while ensuring project success. This role requires expertise in data center infrastructure, including power distribution, cooling systems, and network cabling.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of data center design and construction management experience, along with strong leadership and project management skills. You'll work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver state-of-the-art facilities.
This remote position offers competitive compensation ($160,000-$210,000) and the opportunity to shape the future of data center development. Responsibilities For Design Engineer Manager
- Lead and manage the design and engineering team responsible for data center construction projects
- Develop and implement design standards, specifications, and guidelines

Requirements For Design Engineer Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data center design and construction management
- Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, including power distribution, cooling systems, and network cabling
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional certifications (PE, LEED, or similar) are a plus
