Responsibilities For Mechanical Design Engineer

Design and support products from concept to production
Develop state-of-the-art, manufacturable assemblies and sub assemblies
Provide design direction, review and approve models and production drawings
Partner with manufacturing, production, and supply chain teams
Generate and maintain 3D CAD models, BOMs, detailed drawings
Spearhead root cause investigations
Set standards for component design and qualification testing
Design and build jigs and fixtures to improve manufacturing

Requirements For Mechanical Design Engineer

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline
Proficiency using 3D mechanical design and analysis tools (Autodesk Inventor, CATIA, Solidworks, ANSYS, etc.)
3+ years of experience in mechanical design
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit preferred
