Responsibilities For AI/ML Engineer
- Develop and implement AI models and algorithms under senior engineers' guidance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and improve AI/ML components
- Implement and optimize machine learning algorithms for cloud deployment
- Assist in data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing
- Work on LLM development from ideation to production
- Implement and fine-tune Large Language Models
- Monitor and report on AI model performance
- Apply ethical AI practices and ensure compliance
- Develop AI applications that integrate with current processes
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices
Requirements For AI/ML Engineer
- Master's degree in Machine Learning, Data Science, AI, Computer Science, or related field
- 0-4 years of experience in AI/ML engineering
- Proficiency in Python or R, vector databases, PyTorch/Tensorflow/JAX
- Experience with NLP toolkits and AI platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must be willing to relocate to Chicago metropolitan area
