UX Frontend Engineer

The UX Frontend Engineer role represents a crucial position at the intersection of user experience design and front-end development. This role will report to the Director of Engineering and will be instrumental in shaping the future of climate-tech SaaS products. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between designers and developers, bringing both design thinking and technical implementation skills to the table.

As a UX Frontend Engineer, you'll be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered interfaces and ensuring seamless interaction experiences across products. You'll work closely with UI/UX designers to transform concepts into reality, maintain the React front-end architecture, and champion accessibility and usability standards. The role involves significant collaboration with cross-functional teams and requires both technical expertise and strong communication skills.
