  • Manage test drivers operating trucks and running specified tests
  • Execute test plans and adjust driver, load, and procedures
  • Recommend, quote, purchase, and onboard various equipment
  • Identify gaps in tools and equipment
  • Manage vehicle registrations, permits, insurance, and documentation
  • Ensure equipment maintenance
  • Coordinate vehicles and demonstration equipment for ride and drive experiences

Requirements For Endurance Fleet & Operations Manager, Semi

  • 3+ years experience with heavy duty equipment
  • 5+ years of professional vehicle maintenance and operation experience
  • Strong communication skills with attention to detail
  • Class A Commercial Driver's License with tractor + trailer experience
  • Ability to work with various management levels
  • Adaptable to shifting priorities and deadlines
  • Able to travel as needed to various test sites
