As a Client Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of initiatives supporting day-to-day development within live content areas. You'll develop scalable systems, pipelines, and processes to support evergreen content and streamline release and development efforts. The ideal candidate brings at least five years of game development experience, proficiency with Unity, and a strong background in asset management, build, and content pipelines. You should have experience with live and content-supported projects, as well as version control systems like Perforce. A degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience is required.

This role demands an exceptional work ethic, passion for growth, and the ability to analyze complex problems and present multiple solutions. You'll need to be adaptable, with strong communication skills and the ability to navigate risks through the product planning process.

Working at The Pokémon Company International offers unique benefits, including an employee-first culture, company events celebrating the spirit of Pokémon, competitive compensation, comprehensive health benefits, generous paid family leave, and a hybrid work environment. Join a team where passion for Pokémon, challenging the expected, integrity and respect, dedication to quality, relationship building, and delighting customers are key to success.
