Responsibilities For Security IAM Engineer
- Develop and enforce IAM policies, procedures, and standards to ensure security of user identities and access management
- Integrate central IdP solutions into existing IT infrastructure
- Respond quickly to security incidents related to access management
- Automate IAM processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors
- Ensure IAM solutions meet compliance requirements and conduct regular reviews and audits
- Develop and implement effective IAM strategies
- Work closely with other departments to implement IAM requirements
Requirements For Security IAM Engineer
- Several years of experience in developing and managing IAM solutions
- Deep knowledge of IAM technologies, authentication protocols, and authentication concepts
- Experience with tools like EntralD, Active Directory, AWS IAM
- Knowledge of SAML, SCIM, and LDAP
- Ability to analyze complex requirements and implement effective IAM solutions
- Experience in working with interdisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
