Job Description
Traba is building the autonomous future of industrial staffing, reinventing how industrial businesses manage labor. They develop fully autonomous, orchestrated multi-agent AI workflows to connect businesses with vetted workers, aiming to optimize the global supply chain. Backed by Founders Fund, Khosla Ventures, and General Catalyst, Traba seeks experienced and entrepreneurial engineers to build their core product suite, including mobile apps and web platforms. You'll partner with the CTO to make product decisions, iterate on the product roadmap, and architect the tech platform.
The role involves leading web & mobile application development, establishing coding practices, and collaborating with product & design teams to build a best-in-class user experience. The engineer will also build analytics and monitoring tools. The tech stack includes Typescript/Javascript, React, React Native, Python, Machine Learning, and AI. Traba offers a competitive salary ranging from $140K to $210K, along with equity and visa sponsorship. Located in SoHo, New York, this in-person role provides an opportunity to join a fast-growing team and shape the future of industrial staffing.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of web & mobile applications, guiding other engineers as needed
- Establish best practices in code reusability and build processes for our frontend monorepo
- Collaborate with product & design to build a best-in-class user experience
- Build analytics & monitoring to help understand our user experience & application health
- Contribute in a ton of other ways to a scrappy founding team building the future of flexible light industrial staffing!
Requirements
- 2-5 years of SWE experience for mid-level candidates or 5+ YOE for Senior SWE candidates
