Job Description
Unnbound is developing AI agents to replace manual IT integration in global supply chains, creating a platform that automates the broken backend of the physical economy. With $1.6M in pre-seed funding, Unnbound has launched an MVP and signed early customers. The founding team combines logistics experience from Amazon and the trucking industry, focusing on using GenAI to automate real labor. They are hiring their first full-time engineer in San Francisco to transition their prototype into a robust infrastructure.
As a Founding Software Engineer, you'll work across the stack, including React, Node, LLM agents, and observability systems, with ownership over key decisions. The role involves building and shipping full products, thriving in ambiguity, and owning problems end-to-end. Visa sponsorship is available. The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $200,000, with equity ranging from 1.5% to 3%.
This is an opportunity to shape a company before it reaches product-market fit, working directly with the founders to influence both product and culture.
