Senior Software Engineer, Onboarding Experience

The Onboarding Experience team is dedicated to creating a seamless loan application process that allows customers to quickly and easily complete all steps required to fund their loan. This team focuses on our flagship product, Personal Loans, and directly impacts our growth in this business by reducing friction for applicants and improving the efficiency of our operations.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be a leader working across the whole stack, making architectural decisions and mentoring other engineers. You'll be expected to:

• Lead cross-team and multi-quarter projects
• Turn team projects into opportunities to uplevel the tech platform
• Move quickly while keeping end users in mind
• Make architectural contributions to improve reliability and maintainability
• Help build the engineering team culture
