As a Senior Software Engineer on the Product-Led Growth (PLG) Team, you'll be at the forefront of driving growth by deepening relationships with existing customers. The role focuses on enhancing user engagement through intelligent targeting, seamless offer presentation, and strategic product recommendations. You'll be responsible for improving the logged-in user dashboard, optimizing cross-sell strategies, and advancing data collection and pricing orchestration efforts.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing personalized offer recommendation features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, leveraging experimentation for growth optimization, and maintaining technical excellence. You'll work in a digital-first environment with regular on-site collaboration sessions (3 days per quarter).

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of software development experience with full-stack capabilities and a track record of quantifiable customer impact. Experience with growth engineering product stacks (Optimizations, Experimentation, Personalization) and technologies like Ruby on Rails, Kotlin, or React is highly valued.
