Software Engineer, Auto Refi

The Auto Refi team is responsible for scaling our auto refinance loan product. As a Software Engineer on the Auto Refi team, you will work closely with cross-functional partners to execute projects across the whole stack. You'll be working with technologies like Kotlin (Spring), Ruby (Rails), and TypeScript (React) to build and improve our auto refinance loan product.

You'll be joining a highly collaborative team focused on increasing conversion by eliminating friction for customers while continuously improving product quality. The team works iteratively with fast feedback loops to quickly apply new learnings. You'll have the opportunity to lead successful projects, make thoughtful architectural decisions, and propose new ideas that achieve meaningful improvements to team metrics.

As a digital-first company, most work can be accomplished remotely, though regular in-person collaboration sessions occur 1-2 times per quarter. You'll need to be comfortable with a few hours of Zoom per day for activities like pair/mob programming.
