Responsibilities For Technical Support Engineer

  • Take on Tier 2 technical role to diagnose and resolve complex issues
  • Partner with R&D, Partner Success, and Operations teams to resolve partner escalations
  • Investigate support trends and issues using various tools
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams
  • Develop and maintain documentation of support processes and solutions
  • Monitor and analyze support trends for process improvements

Requirements For Technical Support Engineer

Python
Linux
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year experience in technical product management, support, or software engineering
  • Familiarity with Python & Bash programming for automation tasks
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Hands-on experience with Linux and advanced troubleshooting
  • Experience with AWS, Jenkins, Coralogix, SQL
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
