Description For Business Intelligence Engineer, EU NFT

The EU-NFT team at Amazon is seeking a customer-focused Business Intelligence Engineer to drive performance measurement, innovation, and execution within Fulfillment Center Operations. This high-impact role offers direct exposure to senior leadership and plays a crucial part in optimizing Amazon's fulfillment network.

The role focuses on enhancing customer experience through faster delivery promises and enabling cost-efficient fulfillment planning and execution. Working closely with Fulfillment Center Operations and data teams, you'll develop analytics dashboards, deep-dive tools, and influence product roadmaps using data insights and AWS services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer requests and deliver data-driven solutions
  • Design and implement technical solutions using robust design principles
  • Drive operational excellence through best practices
  • Develop scalable data solutions and interactive dashboards

The Network Flow and Technologies (NFT) team builds data solutions that drive operational efficiency across the supply chain.
