Course Overview

Struggling to stay focused despite your best intentions? Always feeling like you’re busy but not truly making progress on what matters? If you’re a builder or creator who’s tired of spinning your wheels, this course is designed for you. This isn’t about shallow hacks or fleeting motivation. It’s about designing a way of life that helps you consistently make meaningful progress on your most important goals.

Inside the course, you’ll learn how to move beyond willpower and instead build durable systems that keep you on track, even on tough days. Whether you’re struggling with prioritization, getting stuck in distractions, or managing your energy across the week, you’ll walk away with practical strategies that actually work. Here are some of the core topics covered:

  • 🔁 How to kickstart momentum every day by reversing the typical motivation loop (“action leads to motivation”)
  • 🛠️ Building a personal system that makes the right actions easy and the wrong actions hard
  • 🎯 Identifying the right work to focus on for maximum impact, not just working efficiently
  • 🤝 Using social accountability and written artifacts to stay organized and avoid mental clutter
  • 📅 Structuring your calendar and decomposing tasks to eliminate ambiguity and sustain flow
