I applied through a recruiter.
I was reached by a recruiter and was interested to see since they call themselves abnormal (should have been the first red flag in hindsight; D). Was scheduled for a recruiter screen, pretty normal stuff with expectations and such.
Scheduled for another 1 hour technical interview and a 30 min interview with the hiring manager.
Technical interview was pretty basic and a leetcode style question. But was given only 15 mins to finish. And after that next the recruiter sends an email saying you are rejected without even an explanation. How can you judge by just 15 mins of coding? Well that's what's abnormal.
