I applied online. The process took 2 months.
Process was slow and a mess. HR told me that they were hiring for software engineer 1 and would put me in the process, but there was a sudden change in things and they wanted to hire for the SWE 2 role instead.
During the first round, when I was interviewing for the role, the interviewer did not provide much guidance even after clarifying the question and approach I would take. This wasted much time because they wanted the optimal answer, but he still allowed me to proceed to coding. The interview question was not well explained, and I only figured out what information I could work with after half an hour.
